I ordered a pug on the shirt I ordered. I thought it would be a fawn pug, since according to the internet it is the more popular of the two. It came and was a black pug. When I contacted someone about it they said the machine defaults to the black pug. I don't understand why they did not email me and ask since there was more than one choice. Also, it took 15 days to arrive, so they said I could exchange it, but it wouldn't be here by the 4th. If they had pushed it and sent it USPS 2-3day priority I think it would've made it right on time. It was just poor customer service!! I never received a receipt via email from them either. The only record I had of the order was from paypal. I order a lot of things from the internet and this is the first time I have been really disappointed because of the product & customer service.
